Philip Gaskin is a senior director of Entrepreneurship for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where he leads the strategic implementation and execution of the Kauffman entrepreneurship strategy across the new entrepreneurial learning, ecosystems, entrepreneur support organizations, policy, and knowledge creation and research programs and initiatives. Gaskin also oversees Kauffman’s inclusive entrepreneurship efforts charged with executing the Foundation’s Zero Barriers national strategy of removing systemic barriers to startup and success for entrepreneurs and their communities to increase rates of entrepreneurial activity. He is responsible for the strategic planning, grants process, budgeting, and operations of the Entrepreneurship department as a whole.
